ADC BioScientific Hosts International Distributors Conference at Tewinbury Farm Hotel

ADC BioScientific Ltd. successfully held its 2025 Global Distributors Conference on 11–12 September at the scenic Tewinbury Farm Hotel, bringing together representatives from 14 partner companies across Germany, Greece, Italy, Poland, Czech Republic, Brazil, India, South Korea, Pakistan, Portugal, Indonesia, and Spain.
Strengthening a Global Partnership

The full group of attendees. Some of whom have proudly represented ADC for over 25 years. This reflects the strong and long-standing global partnerships that define the company’s international success.
The event included in-depth discussions on future projects and collaborative opportunities. Distributors shared market insights and provided constructive feedback to help ADC shape upcoming product enhancements and service improvements. Managing Director. Lyn has been with ADC for 28 years and brings a deep understanding of our products, customers, and mission. At the same time, David Coombes and John Stanyon are stepping down as Directors but will remain actively involved in the business, ensuring continuity of leadership and expertise.
Hands-On Demonstrations of New Technology

These demonstration sessions gave distributors the opportunity to see the systems in action, ask technical questions, and better understand how the new innovations could support researchers in their respective markets.
Refresher Training: Diagnostics & Troubleshooting
Alongside new product demonstrations, ADC engineers led dedicated refresher training sessions

Topics covered included:
- Common diagnostic procedures
- Identifying and resolving customer-reported issues
- Best practices in maintenance and support
- Field-repair techniques for legacy and current-model devices
These sessions were highly valued by distributors, many of whom provide front-line support within their markets.
Looking Forward
The positive atmosphere and productive sessions have left everyone eager for the next global meeting, planned in approximately four years’ time. Until then, ADC BioScientific will continue its programme of regular in-country visits to support and collaborate with distributors worldwide.
