ADC moves to Employee Ownership!
We are pleased to announce that ownership of ADC BioScientific Ltd has transferred to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT). This change secures the company’s long-term independence and places its future firmly in the hands of the employees who contribute to its success.
We are delighted to confirm that Lyn Dann has been appointed as the new Managing Director. Lyn has been with ADC for 28 years and brings a deep understanding of our products, customers, and mission. At the same time, David Coombes and John Stanyon are stepping down as Directors but will remain actively involved in the business, ensuring continuity of leadership and expertise.
Lyn commented: “At ADC, everything we do is about making better plant and soil analysers. Moving to employee ownership is another exciting step in our development and perfectly in keeping with our company ethos. Day to day little has changed, everything is about ensuring our customers are happy, and on continuously improving the reliability and accuracy of our equipment.”
The EOT was advised by Knox EOT, specialists in employee ownership. As part of the transition, two representatives from Knox have joined the Board of ADC to provide support and guidance. This structure preserves the values and culture that have underpinned our success while strengthening governance for the future.
