The OS1P pulse-modulated Chlorophyll Fluorometer sets a new standard for portable, research-grade chlorophyll fluorescence measurements. Designed for reliable plant stress evaluation using both light and dark-adapted tests, the OS1P offers rapid, precise measurements critical for plant scientists.
How it works
The OS1P utilizes pulse-modulated fluorescence technology, measuring fluorescence emitted from Photosystem II (PSII) in plants.
It assesses plant health by calculating parameters such as quantum yield (Y(II)), maximum quantum yield (FV/FM), electron transport rate (ETR), and photochemical and non-photochemical quenching through advanced protocols.
The fluorometer’s saturation pulse, modulated, actinic, and far‑red LED lights ensure accurate, repeatable measurements.
