Multichannel Soil Respiration System
The ADC multichannel soil respiration system is a modular system comprising an ADC2250 differential CO2 and H2O analyser, multi channel gas switching unit and sample columns. The system is designed for long term measurement of multiple soil samples by a method known as "substrate induced respiration". By accurately measuring the CO2 evolution from the soil it is possible to determine the microbial biomass present. The ADC soil respiration measurement system is a complete stand alone system with full experimental programming, flow control and integral data storage.
