Down Hall in Hertfordshire was the UK venue for the 4th international training conference for ADC customer support centre staff. During the conference sales and support staff from 19 countries received training on application, configuration and maintenance of new products recently added to the ADC portfolio.
Throughout the three day conference there were both oral and video presentations and practical 'hands-on' sessions.
